Stitched together with love...

We had a great Christmas but what was better was after Christmas when my mom, dad, Jamie, Jeff, Jennie, Ashton, Dallen, and Shelly came to visit us. Not everyone at once...almost. It is such a great time for people to visit. Livi had a great time with Ashton especially. He slept on her old toddler bed in her room and she still asks where Ashton is when she sees the bed still in her room. At different times she will call out different names as she walks through the house..."Ashton, Gamma, Bampa, Jamie, Shelly"! I think she's lonely now that everyone is gone.

Today at Busy Kids (the name of the activity center) she was coloring. When she looked up all of the other kids (all boys) had gone into a different room. She looked up at Amy and said, "Where da busy kids go?" She then walked around the house yelling "Busy kids! Where a you"?

This morning I decided that Mason's calling in life is to be a security guard or a bouncer. He has gotten to be very aggressive with Olivia when he wants me to hold him or wants some milk. I was pouring them both some milk. Mason was latched onto my legs and Olivia was starting into the kitchen. Mason saw her coming and met her at the edge of the tile. He put his arms straight out, put both hands flat against her shoulders, and leaned his weight forward. He totally held her back from coming into the kitchen. Olivia tried to get past him but she couldn't! He didn't want her to take the milk I guess.
