On the egg hunt Mason surprised us all. He was a man on a mission. He just kept going and going until he had found all of the eggs...and then he would dump some out so that he could pick them up again. Olivia didn't offer any competition because she discovered the jelly beans inside the eggs...she just kept eating away. We have had about 3 or 4 more egg hunts in the backyard this week. Mason LOVES it and Olivia just fills the eggs with rocks.

The top left picture represents how intense Mason was about this egg hunting business. He was heading down the sloped hill with the orange egg in his sights but he started going a little to fast for his little legs. As he got almost to it he tumbled down the hill (only a little ways). You should have seen his face! It was filled with purpose and determination...it was as if he didn't even realize that he was falling. He stretched his neck and turned his head to make sure that he didn't lose sight of that egg. As he got to it...still tumbling a bit he reached over and picked it up! We all thought that he might be hurt...NAH...he just went on his way. Maybe my kids ARE going to be athletic after all.

Here are some pictures of the fun we were having. Yeah, we were "sledding" Arizona style in the red wagon. The pics of Livi and I laying on the ground are us rolling down the hill. Olivia has been rolling all over the house since we taught her that little trick.
Isn't Kinsey just sooooo adorable? We miss you Kins!

Katie, please don't be sad that you are not in the pictures...I will be stirring something up in photoshop to include you. You can look forward to that.
Thanks for coming to see us family. Sure it stinks that we are so far away but at least we live in such a great place to visit (9 months of the year at least). We love you!

looks like you guys had such a fun easter....those little plastic eggs just keep on giving. My kids love to put them all on the tramp and jump them for hours. The best $3 the easter bunny ever spent!
Glad to see you guys all got together and had a great Easter. I love all the pictures.
Sally! I think it is so funny that I stumbled on your sister's blog tonight from a girl I use to babysit! Then I saw your name and couldn't help but smile. Your families are adorable and it is nice to see a face from "home" at church. We'll definitely have to get together sometime! We'll be out of town for most of April for my husband to finish school/graduate but we'll be back May 1. Talk to you soon!
